High school is extremely frustrating. If you're like me, then you know how every little thing can become a huge annoyance. It's important to find an outlet you can use to blow off steam. Sports are one example of an outlet for frustration, but there are countless more. Finding any hobby or task that distracts you from the stress in your life is key to maintaining your sanity.
